Everyone's talking about Lady Gaga's male alter ego Jo Calderone, after she went to the VMA's dressed in drag.

We reckon she makes a pretty convincing man. But she kind of upstaged fellow pop stars like Britney Spears, Beyoncé and Beyoncé's baby bump... Although maybe that's what she was going for?

Was it all too much? Or is this the kind of thing we love Gaga for? Is Jo hot or not?
