Mondays can generally bore right off, but not anymore, as they will now be filled with plenty of laughter and perving, because Beaver Falls is back on our screens.
Flynn, A-rab, Barry and co are back in the American Summer Camp of Beaver Falls, causing trouble and often making idiots of themselves for our viewing pleasure.
For those of you that must have been living in a foreign country around the time of season one, or have really bad taste in TV, Beaver Falls is ace for three reasons:
2) Hot boys
3) Hot boys
We met up with (and drooled over) some of the cast members recently, and will be treating you lovely lot to snippets of what we chatted to them about every week before the new episodes. Some clever people might therefore say it's 'Beaver Falls month' here at We Love Pop. But we're not really that clever.
So first of all, we asked Samuel Robertson (aka Flynn) and Tom Austen (aka new fitty Mac) why this series of Beaver Falls is going to be better than the last one. And here's what the said...
Sam: Because Tom Austen's in it!
Hello Tom Austen! Why are you so great then?
Tom: Hello! I'm playing Mac, who's Rachel-the-guidance-councillor's new husband. We had a shot-gun wedding and we've come to Beaver Falls on our honeymoon. From what I can see there's a lot less about the three Brits and the kids this series, and more about the relationships everyone gets involved in. It's grown up a bit.
That sounds a bit serious. It better still be funny?
Sam: It's funnier! The new characters are funny, there's new owners, councillors and kids. Tom Austen's the best, he's going to take the show from E4 to Channel 4.
No pressure, Tom Austen! What else is new?
Sam: My character's completely changed from the first series.
Can you sum the new Sam up in three words?
Sam: He's softer... softer... and softer.
The new Sam sounds like an Andrex advert. Good adjective skills. Tom, can you sum up Mac in three words?
Tom: All American hero.
BEAVER FALLS STARTS TONIGHT ON E4 AT 10PM. Until then, you can ogle over our gallery.
