In news that will make you OH EM and GEE all over the shop, Justin Bieber has spoken out about a collaboration we thought could only ever exist in our pervy dreams.

Following his recent admission: 'I've been playing a lot of soccer over the last two or three years, and I've been really enjoying it.'

JB went onto say: 'There's an LA celebrity team that Robbie Williams was in, but I am looking to start a team for the younger guys.

'The One Direction guys said that they'll play and also Lil Bow Wow.'

Oh and did we mention David Beckham as coach? 'I am going to personally ask David myself, and I'm really hoping he will say yes.'

Dribble. And we're not talking the footballing kind.

Now before you start fluffing up your pom poms and frantically tweeting Biebs with (entirely selfless) offers of support, the loved up singer went on to say “I was going to ask my girl Selena and Victoria to be cheerleaders”.

Oh. Well we’re totally fine with that (SLASHSOTOTALLYNOT). 

Although it seems we aren’t the only onesexcited by the idea, with The Wanted’s Max tweeting “@JustinBieber…I hear you’re putting a football team together…invitation in the post I’m guessing?”

We're suddenly very interested in football.
