New pics: One Direction to play Radio One Teen Awards

The Radio One Teen Awards wouldn't be the Radio One Teen Awards without some ruddy awesome musical folk on the line-up... *cue One Direction*

So 1D donned their best 'we're not hungover after V Festival, honest' faces and headed down the the Radio One studios this morning to announce the first names on the bill.

The boys will be joined by Taylor Swift, Conor Maynard, Little Mix and host Nick Grimshaw at the event on Saturday 22nd September. And surely that line-up could give even the most miserable of old bats a bit of a twitchy smile.

Niall Horan said: "It was so much fun last year and it's a great line-up. It's always good to be on a great bill. And obviously with the Teen Hero Award, it's an award for people who have done amazing things, obviously it's great to be part of that as well."
