Video: Cher Lloyd is now a Disney talent show judge. Whodathunkit?

Cher Lloyd has done one big U-Turn career wise, as she's now ended up back on a talent show. Although this time it's in the judging chair.

Cher is joining Derek Hough (that dancer that Cheryl Cole fancied) on the panel of new Disney talet show Make Your Mark: Shake It Up Dance Off.

Cher can be seen in this mini clip telling two matching children what a good job they've done. Because frankly, it's probably illegal to tell children that small and cute anything different.

Who knows! Cher could be discovering the next Britney, Demi, Selena, Miley or Minnie fricking Mouse.

So tune into the Disney Channel on November 23rd to see the winners perform a routine in season three of Shake It Up.
